Invalid signature bugs in CC?
Hi All,
I've been getting a few reports of "Does not contain valid signature" errors from GuideGuide users. It's only a small group of people so far (3 or 4) and I've been able to install GuideGuide fine on a number of machines, so I can confirm the signature is valid. I know the Extension Manager has had signature troubles in the past. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Extension Manager CC not showing
In my creative cloud app it shows that Extension Manager CC is up to date, but I can't find the program to open it. I also can't find it in my programs listing to try to uninstall it.
I can only see version CS6.
I had version CC installed and then had some technical issues, had to un-install a few adobe products and then re-install them. One of those programs was DW CC. Since doing that I, of course, lost the extensions I had installed. The extensions were Easy Rotator and Ajatix Pure CSS Menus.
Version CS6 extension manager won't install the Ajatix extension, but version CC will.
So, what I need help with, I guess, I figuring out how to re-install Extension Manager CC.

Hi,
I bought the Fuji-film tethered shooting ".zxp" file from Adobe. In the installation instructions, it asked for downloading "Extension manager.app", which I did and after launching the manager, it says opening and then quits unexpectedly. Any help in solving to install the file. thanks.

I have a problem with Adobe Extension Manager CS6.
Can't install extensions
I have updated to Adobe software to CC 2018. Then, I can't install extensions through Creative Cloud app. I tried using command line tool and other third-party software but didn't work. I see error code 604, and also the message the license cannot be checked online.
System: Windows 7
Adobe Version: CC 2018
My computer is on the proxy protected network.
Does anyone have idea to solve this problem?
Adobe Extention Manager does not start and failed to initialize
Cannot install purchased extensions through Creative Cloud
I purchased some patterns for use in Photoshop CC 2018. They are files with .zxp terminations. I have the original files in a Creative Cloud Files folder in my home folder on Mac running Hi Sierra (OS 10.13.3). When I double click them, Adobe Extension Manager opens, and there is a message "The extension package is invalid. The extension will not be installed."
What can I do to use these patterns?
Where do I find extensions manager?
I need this because I installed Pluraleyes 4 for Premiere 2018 but it's not showing up under WINDOWS -> EXTENSIONS.
I launched Adobe Creative Cloud but don't see extension manager as a product I can download. I also Google for a download link but can't find it that way either.
If anyone can help me with getting Pluraleyes 4 to show in Premiere and be linked, or help me download extensions manager, that'll be great!
Cannot install Adobe Extension Manager CC on Mac
I just made the switch from CS6 to CC the other day. I'm trying to download the Extension Manager CC from the webpage that has all the install options.
I clicked the icon to install, but this message appears:
"We've encountered the following issues
Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."
I've looked all around but have not found a solution that makes sense.
I uninstalled my entire CS6 suite to see if that was the issue. But still the same message comes up.
How come Adobe Extension Manager didn't get installed when I switched to Creative Cloud?
How can I get the Extension Manager CC?
I tried using third party extension managers but when I download the individual extensions, they are not recognized by my computer, I'm guessing because Adobe Extension Manager isn't present on my computer.
Please Help!

Can't Install Pluraleyes 3.5.3 for Premiere Pro 2014 Extension
Current Adobe Extension Manager CC version is 7.0.0.347.
I installed the Pluraleyes 3.5.3 extension in August and used it a couple of weeks ago. I tried it today in a new project and it didn't start or display any message. I removed it from the Extension Manager and now when I try to install it I get a message popup: Error occurred. Error code is -180. The extension will not be installed.
I downloaded Pluraleyes again and get the same error.
All my applications are the 2014 with the latest updates. I did remove Premiere Pro CC as I didn't need it any longer - if that's the problem, where do I get the CC version of Premiere Pro as it no doesn't show up in Cloud Control to install?
Extension manager not working after CC 2015 update
Anyone else having this issue?
After updating the CC to 2015, the extension manager is blank and lists no Adobe apps.
Trying to double click an extension gives the notice that no apps are installed.
On a Macbook Pro running Yosemite.
Q: I enabled an extension in command line, but I got the message --- "Dreamweaver" is not supported.
The product name you input should be the same as the product name displayed in the product panel of EM window. For example, "Dreamweaver CS5.5".
Q: My CS5 products were NOT listed in Extension Manager CS5.5.
Extension Manager only supports products in the same Create Suite version. For example, Extension Manager CS5.5 supports Bridge CS5.1, Contribute CS5.1, Dreamweaver CS5.5, Fireworks CS5.1, Flash CS5.5, Illustrator CS5.1, InCopy CS5.5, InDesign CS5.5, Photoshop CS5.1, and Premiere Pro CS5.5. To manage extensions of CS5 products, you have to use Extension Manager CS5.
Q: Extension Manager hangs up during launch.
1. If you can see Extension Manager window, try to kill it and launch it again as administrator.
2. If it does not help, kill Extension Manager.
3. Rename all XManConfig.xml files of CS products to other names. Generally, XManConfig.xml is in "Configuration" folder of product installation path. For example, for InDesign CS5.5, XManConfig.xml can be found in the folder below.
Windows:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CS5.5\Configuration\"
Mac:"/Applications/Adobe InDesign CS5.5/Configuration/"
4. Launch Extension Manager again.
5. If Extension Manager launches successfully, rename one XManConfig.xml back and launch Extension Manager again. If Extension Manager still works, rename back another XManConfig.xml and launch Extension Manager. Again and again, then you can know which product causes this issue.
6. Generate log files and attach them here.
Q: Nothing happened when I launch Extension Manager.
1. Kill Extension Manager by Task Manager( Windows ) or Force Quit( Mac ).
2. Remove files below.
Windows( EM CS5.5 and earlier ):"C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Extension Manager CS\Configuration\Extensions\exman_uiPreferences.xml"
Windows( EM CS6 ):"C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Extension Manager CS6\Configuration\exman_uiPreferences.xml"
Mac:"/Users/<UserName>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Extension Manager CS/exman_uiPreferences.xml"
3. Launch Extension Manager again as administrator.
4. If steps above still do not work, you can check if you have some flex-based software installed on your machine. Some of them conflict with Extension Manager, such as Flash FireBug. Uninstall them or delete all files in the folders below after backup.
Windows:"C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#Security\FlashPlayerTrust"
Mac:"/Users/<UserName>/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#Security/FlashPlayerTrust"
"/Library/Application Support/Macromedia/FlashPlayerTrust"
Q: What can I do first when I got trouble in Extension Manager?
Launch Extension Manager again as administrator and do the operation again.
Windows: Right click Extension Manager and select "Run as administrator" in the context menu.
Mac: Run Extension Manager with "sudo" command, for example, for Extension Manager CS5.5, you can run the command below in terminal.
sudo "/Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5/Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Extension Manager CS5.5"
