Hi, I'm trying to install some extensions to Flash CC professional.
I've tried to install a libappend.zxp file but I just get a message saying "this extension cannot be installed, it requires flash version 7 or greater".
Can you please help me to be able to install this?

I am getting this error message when using Illustrator and Photoshop: "The FMCore application that is currently running is incompatible with the Extensis plug-in." How do I correct this?
I have a problem with Adobe Extension Manager CS6. It hangs on startup. The message is displayed: "you can not import idcs6_Actions.zip, idcs6_Alignment, Panel.zxp, idcs6_AppFramework.zxp Check if the extensions are correct " Please help. I can not install any extensions.

Tried to install Kubota Dashboard 4 in Photoshop CC (Mac) with extension Mgr. Error says the extension cannot be installed, it requires Photoshop Version btw 12 and 13.0.1.
Called Kubota Support and they said it was an extension Mgr. problem and not theirs! Anyone know where the Dashboard extension resides in CS6? I could then copy it into
CC and try it that way.

Even after a full re-install of my OS and CS6 Suite, I still get a problem with Extension Manager.
Every time I launch EM, it fails to import all the basic Idcs6 extensions we normally get with the original application's installation package :
.......
The Error massage says that I have to check the extensions validity.
Inside Extension Manager, the Id Menu is present but there are no extensions.
Furthemore, I get many Ps ZXP extensions which can't be re-installed because of invalid signatur or bad packaging.
I have already tried many suggested solutions found on the Adobe forums or in the Adobe Help.
Now, I really don't know what to do !!!!

I have just downloaded and installed the Extension Manager for CC. I have CC installed since maybe a month ago (Mac OSX). When launching the extension manager, no products are showing up to the left under (products). I have also updated the version to 7.1 but that did not help. This means that I cannot install the extension manager toolbar. It gives me the error that "This extension cannot be installed, it requires illustrator 17.0 or higer).
All other applications in my CC suite works fine,
Any ideas?

I downloaded (purchased) fonts from Fonts.com and installed them on my computer. I see them and can use them in my InDesign and Illustrator but when I package the project to send to printer, it fails on the fonts and does not included the newly added fonts. I have uninstalled and re-installed the fonts. Now I discovered (on Fonts.com) the Adobe Extension and have downloaded the Extension Manager and the Fonts.com Extension, which fails with and "invalid signature" message. The Extension Manager is successful and recognizes my Adobe products, but will not load the extension for Fonts.com.
I am running CS6 InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (not cloud versions) and have run the latest updates.

Current Adobe Extension Manager CC version is 7.0.0.347.
I installed the Pluraleyes 3.5.3 extension in August and used it a couple of weeks ago. I tried it today in a new project and it didn't start or display any message. I removed it from the Extension Manager and now when I try to install it I get a message popup: Error occurred. Error code is -180. The extension will not be installed.
I downloaded Pluraleyes again and get the same error.
All my applications are the 2014 with the latest updates. I did remove Premiere Pro CC as I didn't need it any longer - if that's the problem, where do I get the CC version of Premiere Pro as it no doesn't show up in Cloud Control to install?
I have generated(packaged) a zxp file for my client on win7 machine and it getting installed successfully on win7 and xp but foe Mac machine its throwing this error as shown in attached image. I am attaching logs also. Please help me its urgent.
I need this because I installed Pluraleyes 4 for Premiere 2018 but it's not showing up under WINDOWS -> EXTENSIONS.
I launched Adobe Creative Cloud but don't see extension manager as a product I can download. I also Google for a download link but can't find it that way either.
If anyone can help me with getting Pluraleyes 4 to show in Premiere and be linked, or help me download extensions manager, that'll be great!
I'm on a Mac and have recently uninstalled and reinstalled all my CC apps as to the latest version.
Now Extension Manager isn't showing any products. How can I get it to register the software? It's all in the applications folder on my computer. I've restarted everything.

I work in an IT department deploying various Adobe applications but I'm not deeply familiar with usage of Adobe products (just enough to check basic functionality and act on feedback from end users)..
I've created various Adobe CCP packages over the past few years but I haven't encountered this issue before.
A bundle I've recently created (which includes pretty much all of the current CC suite) includes amongst other items: Adobe Extension Manager CS6, Adobe Extension Manager CC and Adobe Fireworks CS6. They're running on Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1 (x64).
When launching Adobe Extension Manager CS6 (6.0.8.28) I get the following error on launch, which persists on subsequent launches:

Adobe Extension Manager CC doesn't throw any errors on launch but trying to open the same extensions using Adobe Extension Manager CC throws a different error:
his extension can not be installed, it requires Fireworks version 6
or greater.
I haven't been able to find anything about the same error but I've found some articles about similar situations that suggest this might have something to do with expired certificates for the extensions. I've checked the contents of signatures.xml within a few of the *.zxp files (…\META-INF\) and looked at the SignatureTimeStamp value (other articles suggested this should show a date in human readable text) but I can't decipher one. I might be barking up the wrong tree there anyway.
Does anybody have any suggestions on what's going wrong and ideas on how to fix it?

I'm looking for a CS6 extension called "Template Selector" or somehow similiar. It provides layout templates to create photobooks in Indesign CS6. Had seen a Youtube video dated 2011 about it. The extension works with Adobe Bridge, where it was located under the tool window.
It's a very cool and quick way creating photobooks. Couldn't find it anywhere. Thx.

I downloaded and installed Adobe Extension Manager version 7.3.2.39.
As far as I know, this is the latest version from Sept. 25 2014: Adobe Extension Manager Updates Downloads
It is installed under:
Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CC/Adobe Extension Manager CC.app
After starting the app, it will not recognize any of my installed CC apps like:
InDesign CC v9.3.0
InDesign CC v10.2.0
or others.
What can be done?

Does Extension manager work on cc 2015? Ive tried many times to install it and it just keeps cancelling.
Can anyone help with letting me know of a way to import Roland Cut Studio into Adobe Illustrator CC (2015)? I was running Illustrator CC to use the extension, but the update removed all previous versions of Illustrator, to my chagrin.
Just installed Windows 10 and signed on to my Creative Cloud and downloaded DreamweaverCC 2015. I had all my extensions converted to .zxp backed-up from Dreamweaver CS6 on a separate hard drive. When I go to install the extensions using Extension Manager CC, I get the following message: This extension cannot be installed, it requires Dreamweaver version 6 or greater.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, I have already done the standard uninstall, reboot and re-install with no joy.

The Problem: "An unexpected error occurred while attempting to verify this extension."
What I have: CS6 Design and Web Premium on Mac OS X 10.8.5. with Extension Manager CS6 6.0.8.28 (German)
What I want: Install ToolkitforCreateJS_1_0_3.zxp and AnimatedSVGExporter_3_46_0.zxp
What I did:
Albeit the error I was able to install the add-ons by following one of your threads:
- renaming ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db to .../opm.db.bak
- after that EM asked me for my AdobeID and rebuilt the opm.db and I could install the wanted add-ons
- unfortunately that messed up my InDesign add-ons (got lots of exclamation marks in EM on standard Adobe add-ons)
- I was unable to (re)activate these marked InDesign add-ons, InDesign was missing important UI elements, etc. and crashed constantly
- the only solution was to reinstall InDesign and update all CS6 apps -> could (re)activate add-ons -> exclamation marks were gone -> InDesign stable again
- I retried installing the zxp-files, but again no chance to install with the mentioned unexpected error.
- I tried to install by CommandLine
- hangs on ~/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/ZDR004a6e7e.TMP/exman_raw.zip_UNPACK/META-INF/signatures. xml
- Console gives me .Adobe Extension Manager CS6: Warning: accessing obsolete X509 Anchors
- is there a special X509 certificate that needs to be valid and present in the keychain for installing add-ons?
- I tried switching from Java 1.8.x version to my original 32-bit version provided by Apple with no effect
- I read about resigning the add-on with ZXPSignCmd (Version 4.x for CS6) but stucked because I couldn't find a way to sign an existing zxp-file or how to decompile the zxp-file to resign it
- some years ago I was able to install add-ons without problems. Today I'm not able to install any add-on that I tried
Any recommendations besides asking the add-on developer or reinstalling the whole CS?
