Cannot install Specctr extension in Photoshop CC because it does not contain valid signature

Hi All,

When I try to install the Specctr extension for Photoshop and Illustrator CC, this dialog shows up:

I am on Mac OSX Version 10.9. The current version of my Adobe Extension Manager CC is v7.1.0.113

Please help me to fix the problem.
