TK Actions panels not installed un PS CC 2014

I use the TK Actions Panel in PS CC by loading them through the menu Extension.

Now in PS CC 2014, the Extension menu is still Grey and i can not installed the TK Actions Panel.

Does anyone know how to proceed?
