cannot access Extension Manager from within Dreamweaver 2014

I have recently upgraded to all the new programs for cc 2014. Despite advice that Extension Manager can be opened in dreamweaver from the help menu, Extension Manager does not appear in that menu.

Extension Manager is V 7.2.1.6 And Dreamweaver 2014 is fully up to date.
