Extension manager installed correctly (it seems so) but the extentions in DW6 are not working at all

I have installed several extentions for DW6 and it seems that everything is installed correctly. When I start up DW6 nothing is working (no extentions). Worked already to solve this with Extension studio ( flexi layouts) but they are also not able to help me. I am using a Dutch version of DW6.
