Extension Manager freeze

Hi, i was try to install NKS5 plugin, but when i did, EM was freeze. So i was delete EM folder in - program files (86)/ Adobe/ Then i was reinstall EM and install newest patch update. But when im try to open EM, its still freeze. Please Help.
